- IBKR socket API through local IB Gateway or TWS with a dedicated nonzero client ID; broker passwords are entered only in the official application.
- Stock search and exact verification of conId, primary exchange, route and currency. Up to 30 instruments per watchlist profile.
- Separate Paper and Live profiles. The account is checked against managedAccounts; a port number alone does not establish the environment.
- ADJUSTED_LAST history: completed daily bars, SMA20/50, RSI14, ATR14, historical drawdown and volatility.
- Observation without orders, a transparent SMA/RSI trend rule and target-allocation rebalancing. Algorithmic rules determine execution.
- Whole-share STK lots, long positions and DAY limit orders. Price ticks and permitted quantities follow the broker’s contract rules.
- Live bid/ask verification, quote age up to 20 seconds, spread and system-clock checks before submission.
- Regular sessions from each contract’s liquidHours and timezone; the broker schedule accounts for closures, breaks and daylight saving.
- Separate currency budgets, per-order and position limits, daily turnover, a daily loss stop and a maximum open-order count.
- Purchases require verified SettledCash in the matching currency. There is no automatic FX conversion or same-day reuse of sale proceeds.
- A non-executing whatIf commission estimate and a reservation before actual submission. Unknown commissions and warnings require review.
- SQLite WAL with FULL synchronous: the reservation and app-owned orderRef are committed before the network request; idempotency prevents duplicates.
- Reconciliation of partial executions, commissions, completed orders and cancellation requests. A cancel request is not treated as a confirmed cancellation.
- The agent sells only shares bought through its own profile. Other open orders and unexplained position changes pause new actions.
- Strategy cycles from 60 seconds, a waiting-reason journal, CSV orders/executions/events, three languages and a responsive panel.
- Windows setup.exe, tray icon and optional startup; a Linux installer with dependencies and a separate systemd service.
The current scope, clearly stated
The current mode covers STK equities, whole-share lots, long positions and DAY LIMIT orders during regular sessions. Markets depend on your IBKR account permissions and data. This app does not execute options, futures, shorts, transfers or withdrawals.

The panel binds to localhost and uses your own scrypt password, HttpOnly sessions, CSRF and origin checks. Broker login credentials are not sent to the studio. The static web demo does not connect to a broker or accept orders.
What you need to run it
Windows 10/11 x64 or Debian 12/13, Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 x64. Separately, you need official IB Gateway/TWS, your account, API permissions and suitable market data. Gateway requires periodic manual authentication. The service can run continuously; trading follows permitted sessions.
What is verified, and what is next
77 unit, HTTP and SDK checks on Windows and the same suite on Debian 13; 53 browser checks, 9 isolated UI-flow actions and 8 Windows-installer checks. Offline dependencies and installer syntax were verified on Debian. A separate Ubuntu installation and actual IBKR Paper execution have not yet been accepted.
Software checks and the demo do not establish profitability. The daily stop pauses new orders but cannot guarantee a loss amount and does not automatically cancel existing orders.
05 / GETTING STARTED
Before your first connection
Does the web demo trade actual stocks?
No. It uses fixed fictional records, never connects to a broker, and disables data entry and operations.
Do I need to install Python on Windows?
The installer includes Python and dependencies. Set your local panel password on first launch. Gateway or TWS is installed separately.
How do I start a Paper check?
Sign in to your official Gateway/TWS, configure the port, DU account and client ID, then add stocks and limits. A genuine Paper execution and its commission are required for broker acceptance.
When can Live be armed?
After accepting a genuine Paper execution, configuring a separate U account profile and giving explicit owner authorization. The app starts with trading disabled and pauses new actions after a restart or lost connection.
Is this a chatbot inventing trades?
Execution uses transparent algorithmic rules. Observation places no orders; trend and rebalancing pass the same limit checks. A language model does not set trade amounts.
What are the commercial terms?
The software is priced at $100. The preview presentation and read-only demo are available now; discuss installation access and purchase terms with the studio.
