The panel imports order history and helps reconcile bank payments. The owner creates P2P orders, sends bank transfers and releases crypto in Binance and their bank. BANK RECEIPT CHECKED records the owner’s review; it does not execute settlement.
Binance C2C API ↗monobank Open API ↗Windows uses DPAPI CurrentUser; Linux uses AES-GCM and a separate key file with mode 0600. The panel runs locally. Exchange API keys must have withdrawals disabled; seed phrases, CVV, PIN and banking passwords are not requested. Access to the operating-system account remains the security boundary.
Windows 10 1809 / Windows 11 x64 with .NET Framework 4.7.2+. Linux x64: Debian 12/13 or Ubuntu 24.04, Python 3.11–3.13 and venv. The full Linux run was performed on Debian 13; the other listed systems are targets. Exchange and bank access require internet and your own eligible accounts. Ollama is installed separately.
164 automated checks on Windows and 164 on Debian 13, covering installation, reinstallation, data retention, three-language UI, retries, partial fills, errors and limits. Binance Testnet public endpoints were checked without authentication. Controlled-broker tests do not replace acceptance on a genuine authenticated account.
Trading can result in a loss of funds. The loss threshold limits the agent’s next actions; it does not guarantee a maximum drawdown or automatically liquidate the portfolio. Technical checks do not establish strategy profitability.
